A tre giorni dal devastante Terremoto che adesso si stima possa aver raggiunto una magnitudo di 9.0, le squadre di soccorso giapponesi
sono state raggiunte da quelle straniere nella ricerca di sopravvissuti tra le macerie. Il Primo Ministro giapponese Naoto Kan ha definito il disastro come il peggiore dopo la crisi della II Guerra Mondiale ora che risultano più chiare le proporzioni delle distruzioni e aumenta il timore di un disastro nucleare all'impianto andato in avaria. E' ancora troppo presto per avere un numero esatto ma le vittime potrebbero superare le 10.000 e migliaia risultano dispersi. Qui sono raccolte nuove immagini della distruzione e della ricerca dei sopravvissuti. |
